Transition and Review Officer

Working as part of a team of Transition and Review Officers, and reporting to the SEND and Transition Team Leader, the successful applicant will help ensure that effective processes are in place to support students with SEND. The primary focus of the role will be key transition points: entry into college, the EHCP Annual Review process, and the move into employment, Higher Education, or Adult Social Care. You will play a key role in supporting the success of our high needs students.

Shrewsbury College is Shropshire’s largest college and a designated sixth form offering sixth form college terms and conditions. 2100 A-Level students are taught at our Welsh and English Bridge Campuses in the centre of Shrewsbury with our London Road Campus offering a broad range of vocational and higher-level courses to 2400 16-18 year olds, 4000 adult students, 300 HE students and 900 apprentices.
