Receptionist

Fixed term for one year. Based at English Bridge campus.

This role is a pivotal part of the front-of-house team. You will be dealing with student queries via the phone, email and face-to-face, greeting visitors and evening course students, as well as providing admin support.

You will have relevant experience of working on a busy reception or in a customer-facing role. You do not have to have worked in education previously, but some similar experience would be beneficial. This role is for 4 days per week, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 08.00 – 16.30.

Shrewsbury College is Shropshire’s largest college. The college operates at three campuses in Shrewsbury. We deliver a broad range of vocational and higher-level courses to 2300 16–18-year-olds, 4000 adult students, 300 HE students and 950 apprentices at our London Road Campus. 2100 A-Level students are taught at our Welsh and English Bridge Campuses in the centre of Shrewsbury.
