Additional Learning Support Administrator

We are seeking an organised, proactive and compassionate Additional Learning Support Administrator to provide high-quality administrative support for students with SEND and additional learning needs.

You will coordinate and maintain student support records, process ALS plans, support access arrangements administration, liaise with schools, families and external agencies, and ensure accurate data management across college systems

Shrewsbury College is Shropshire’s largest college. The college operates at three campuses in Shrewsbury. We deliver a broad range of vocational and higher-level courses to 2300 16–18-year-olds, 4000 adult students, 300 HE students and 950 apprentices at our London Road Campus. 2100 A-Level students are taught at our Welsh and English Bridge Campuses in the centre of Shrewsbury. The college was inspected in March 2025 and judged to be ‘Outstanding’, with a ‘Strong’ contribution to skills.
