Job Information
Transport for Wales is seeking a person to provide coordination support for Rail Replacement Services (RRS) based at operating locations, minimising disruption to passengers as they transition from transport modes. Monitoring all operational elements to ensure they run smoothly and maintaining communication with RRS control staff to ensure they are informed of all pertinent information.
To provide excellent customer service during RRS operations. Ensuring effective and proactive communication with passengers to support them in completing the journey.
This is a part-time role.
