Custodia Vitae is the executive search and permanent recruitment business unit of DMOS People, based in Shrewsbury. We partner with organisations, advising on talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, workforce planning and ultimately building long-term human capital partnerships, to help facilitate the growth of our valued client base.

Responsibilities

• Partner with internal senior consultants and managers to understand client requirements, often being present in face-to-face client meetings to enable full understanding of the organisation you will hire for.
• Conceptualise your candidate attraction and implement this to achieve your goal.
• Go to market through a multi-channel research and outreach methodology, aiming to build a long list of suitable professionals for the given brief(s).
• Engage your chosen long list, pitch and sell the given opportunity, screen and suitably select a short list to present to the consulting team internally.
• Build and maintain Custodia Vitae's brand identity through high integrity and transparency with all your communication touch-points, both externally and internally.
