Solicitor - Commercial Property

You will have sound knowledge of all areas of Commercial and Agricultural Property work including:

• Buying and selling farms and estates
• Agricultural tenancies and easements
• Leasehold and freehold acquisitions
• Commercial leases
• Agreements
• Disposals and redevelopments
• Commercial Property development work
• Financial property matters.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive

Experience

• Ideally 3 years minimum PQE.
• Experience of running own caseload with minimal supervision.
• Experience of using Microsoft 365 applications.

• Knowledge of all statutory and regulatory requirements.

• Ability to prioritise workload within a busy environment.
