Senior Education Quality Adviser (Early Years and Safeguarding)

Shropshire Council is seeking an experienced leader of education to play a pivotal role in supporting our commitment to ensuring every child receives the highest quality of education and care.

As a key member of the Education Quality and Safeguarding Team, you will provide strategic support and challenge to schools and early years settings across Shropshire. Your responsibilities will include leading on education standards in the early years, taking the lead in developing a safeguarding culture across all schools and settings, and championing best practices in teaching, learning, and leadership.

You will also line manage a small, dedicated team and work collaboratively with multi-agency partners to embed robust safeguarding systems.
