SEND Primary Teacher

The Fitzroy Academy are looking for an experienced SEND Primary Teacher.

Are you an inspirational, enthusiastic qualified teacher with a proven track record of success, looking to transform the lives of children and young people with Autism, Learning Disabilities, and associated complex needs?

We are looking for an experienced SEND Primary Teacher who has secure knowledge of supporting young people with SLD working at early developmental levels of learning.

Our school offers children and young people a small, nurturing environment where they are enabled to engage positively with their learning. All of our staff are trained in Reflective Therapeutic Intervention, to ensure a consistent approach to our positive behaviour support. This compliments our bespoke approach to the holistic development of our students; academically, socially, and emotionally.

• Have experience in supporting children and young people with autism and learning difficulties as well as vulnerable children (those who might be looked after), by delivering individualised programmes of education, tailored to the needs of each student.
