You’ll support young people aged 8–18, helping them move away from challenging situations and develop positive routines, confidence, and independence.
Our programme combines care with adventure — from climbing and kayaking to mountain biking and hiking. You’ll play a key role in transforming lives, helping young people build resilience and create lasting positive change in a supportive, close-knit environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead and take part in outdoor activities (climbing, kayaking, hiking, biking)
- Support young people through activity-based, structured care
- Build strong relationships as a positive role model
- Help develop life skills like cooking, budgeting, and daily routines
- Manage behaviour using calm, trauma-informed approaches
- Complete basic records and follow safeguarding processes
