Project Co-ordinator

Do you enjoy working at the heart of project delivery—coordinating estimates, programmes, procurement, and teams to keep projects on track?

This role is ideal for someone highly organised, proactive, and confident managing multiple priorities—whether you’re already in construction or looking to bring strong organisational and coordination skills into a fast-paced project environment.

You’ll play a key role from project award through to delivery—supporting estimating, managing schedules, and ensuring a smooth flow of information between commercial, design, and the wider Ops team.

The Role

You’ll support Estimating, Commercial, Design, and Operations—ensuring projects are set up correctly and delivered efficiently. This is a hands-on role with real ownership, where your ability to plan ahead, prioritise, and maintain momentum will directly impact project success.

Key Responsibilities

Commercial onboarding

· Take full ownership of project handover from Sales into Operations, ensuring all information is accurate, complete, and actionable

· Organise initial internal project meetings to set the clients and operations up for success

· Review incoming contracts and support negotiation of terms

· Produce and manage all external order documentation

· Ensure projects progress efficiently from sales, through design and procurement

· Take ownership of smaller orders from start to finish

· Prepare and issue tender opportunities to relevant suppliers

· Raise purchase orders for steel, polycarbonate, and related materials.

Design scheduling

· Maintain and continuously update the master design programme

· Schedule and communicate daily priorities for the design team

· Track and report on approval and fabrication turnaround times

· Support pre- and post-approval checks to maintain quality and accuracy

· Work closely with Operations to remove bottlenecks and accelerate design approvals
