The role is focused on planning, organisation and control of production schedules

Office Based 75% of Time – Preparing Schedules for Key Manufacturing Operations

Factory Based 25% Of Time -Progress Chasing/Stock Checks

Job Description:

• Ensure production schedules are prepared, updated and communicated in a timely manner.
• Provide support on Planning/Recording Component manufacture .
• Assist Production/Operations Management
• Completing administrative tasks.
• Identify and resolve production issues / Shortages
• Frequently review stocks of finished components. Inc Physical Stock Checks

We Need:

• A logical thinker with good numerical and analytical skills.
• Ability to solve problems proactively.
• Ability to maintain and update excel/Google spreadsheets.
• Effective communication skills.
• Understanding of business requirements and ability to be flexible around business requirements .
• Good IT skills.
