Performance Marketing Executive

This is the role you take to progress to Senior Performance Marketer, Performance Marketing Manager, and beyond.

Codebreak is a results-led marketing agency for founder-led service businesses turning over £1m+. We don't do "brand awareness" or "engagement." We drive enquiries, sales, and scale.

We’re small, highly profitable, and serious about the craft. We are looking for an experienced paid media marketer who is tired of big-agency fluff and wants to actually own the results they produce.

The Mission

Your job isn’t just to "manage accounts." It’s to engineer growth. You will build and optimise Meta Ads and Google Search campaigns that act as a predictable revenue machine for our clients.

We don’t care about:

• Vanity metrics or "reach."
• Spending 4 hours in "alignment meetings."
• Making excuses for high CPAs.

We do care about:

• Clean account structures and rigorous A/B testing.
• The psychology behind a high-converting landing page.
• The Win: Seeing a client’s business transform because of your work.

You’ve been in the trenches. You’ve managed £10,000+ monthly spends, you know your way around a GTM tag, and you can explain why a creative failed without looking at a script.

• You’re a Practitioner: You’d rather be in the Ads Manager than a spreadsheet of "projected goals."
• You’re a Scientist: You love data, but you understand that humans click on ads, not robots.
• You’re an Owner: You don’t wait for a manager to tell you a frequency is too high. You see it, you fix it, you report it.
