Multi Skilled Operative Planned Works

We currently have a great opportunity for an experienced Multi-Skilled Operative to join our in-house maintenance team, Property Plus. We're looking for a dedicated professional to bring our values to life and ensure our customers receive outstanding services. What you’ll do:

As a Multi-Skilled Operative who would be covering a wide range of workstreams including kitchens, bathrooms and wetrooms in the Planned team, you will be responsible for carrying out the removal and installation of kitchens and bathrooms, traditional carpentry duties and floor tiling all to an excellent standard.

What we’re looking for:

• Completion of nationally recognised trade qualification or an approved certificated qualification (or time experience)
• Working knowledge of current building regulations
• Previous experience of wet-room, bathroom, and kitchen fitting
• Carpenter / Joiner experience i.e. completing different trade work
• Outstanding customer care skills
• Full UK Driving Licence as travel across Staffordshire and Shropshire will be part of the role
