The role
- Providing exceptional customer service, promoting TCF principles at all times
- Keeping up to date with regulatory compliance and company procedures to ensure adherence.
- Handling multiple claims and managing your time effectively
- Raising and chasing invoices when needed
You
- Handling commercial and personal lines claims
- Managing large volumes of claims per annum
- You're a whizz with letter writing and verbal communication
