The role

• Providing exceptional customer service, promoting TCF principles at all times
• Keeping up to date with regulatory compliance and company procedures to ensure adherence.
• Handling multiple claims and managing your time effectively
• Raising and chasing invoices when needed

You

• Handling commercial and personal lines claims
• Managing large volumes of claims per annum
• You're a whizz with letter writing and verbal communication
