Job Information
We are looking for an additional Hire Desk Office Administrator to join our team at our Shrewsbury Depot.
Daily responsibilities
• Day to day involvement in a busy hire office, supporting the management team
• Communicating with Customers
• Taking orders
• Dealing with all hire processes including hire contracts, exchanges and breakdowns and updating our Hire and CRM systems
• Dealing with any customer queries in a professional, friendly manner and advising on equipment needs
• Finally ensuring that all opportunities to maximise the company’s sales to a customer are attained
