Job Information
With the expansion of the Town Council’s responsibility for street cleaning services for the Shrewsbury parish area and transfer of services from the current contractor of the unitary authority. The Customer Services Assistant will provide frontline customer support with handling service requests and administration support to Senior Managers.
The Customer Services Assistant plays a vital role in delivering excellent service to customers by providing timely, accurate, and helpful support across various communication channels.
This role is the Town Council's brand ambassador and involves responding to customer queries, resolving issues, keeping accurate records and ensuring a positive customer experience at every interaction.
