Previously heading up buying at Selfridges and now the founder of WIZZ&CO, a strategy agency specialising in retail, consumer trends and brand-building.

She is an international speaker and a regular contributor to industry and mainstream press such as WGSN, Retail Week, Retail Gazette, Drapers, City AM, Business of Fashion, The Telegraph and Cosmetics Business to name a few. Wizz’s varied experience means she’s in the unique position to have worked with thousands of brands and understands the market like no other. Put simply, she knows what works and is passionate about helping businesses combine innovation, creativity and commerciality to get results

David Milton

David Milton is a psychologist that spends his time coaching and speaking to the leaders of business. He has delivered over 10,000 of professional support, helping teams through 6 exits, 8 investment rounds, 2 MBO's and 12 career changes. Notably, David was also co-founder of Zelim, who has received multiple awards for innovation in marine technology.

David holds an MSc in Business Psychology and has raised over £13M for charity during his career. He is part of the visiting faculty at Aston Business School and also owns a pub.
