A welcoming, accessible networking space offering a calmer alternative to traditional business networking.

Designed with disabled and neurodivergent business owners in mind, and open to anyone who prefers a more supportive, low-pressure way to connect.

Sessions are structured, low-pressure and facilitated, with clear expectations and no requirement to pitch, sell or perform.

The network is flexible and inclusive by design. The focus is on creating a space that feels comfortable, supportive and respectful of different ways of thinking, working and communicating.

Particularly helpful for business owners with long-term health conditions, energy-limiting conditions, anxiety, who may find typical networking a barrier to growth.

The aim is to bring together small business owners from across Shropshire to share experiences, build meaningful connections and access practical business support - without pressure, judgement or expectation.
