Grief Café

This Grief Cafe has been curated to provide a safe and held space to have your grief seen, heard and witnessed in a loving circle of fellow humans in a relaxed setting.

The motivation behind this grief cafe is to bring talking about grief and death back into the community, sharing our experiences of grief and death and perhaps learning some tools to help with letting go.

With tea and coffee, your grief will be heard if you would like it to be. Merryn Tenalach (née Charley Williams), Grief Tender, and Sarah Machin, Grief Counsellor, will be on hand to provide support as needed.
