Information
The Visual Art Network is a member-led, volunteer-run, charitable trust whose aims are to promote the visual arts and support local artists and makers.
As one of the sponsors of Shrewsbury Arts Trail and other community-based, arts projects we make a significant contribution to boosting Shropshire’s reputation as a thriving and vibrant cultural destination.
Our gallery, in the Darwin Shopping Centre, hosts a variety of exhibitions of our members’ work throughout the year, our current theme is Connections. At the gallery you will find members work covering paintings, photography, textiles, jewellery, ceramics, glass and much more, why not come in and see for yourself all at affordable
prices.
We are always looking for new members to join our community of local artists and makers. To find out more about membership and to join us visit our website.
Membership costs just £25 per year and is free if you are under 21.

Shrewsbury bus station is attached to the Darwin Shopping Centre, where we are located.

On the middle level of the Darwin Centre, opposite the rear exit of T G Jones.
- How can I pay?
Cash, card, Contactless or a mix is all fine.
- Do you sell gift vouchers?
Yes, physically from the shop.
- Do you deliver, or offer click-and-collect?
No, we can't offer that at this time.
- Do I need to book?
No booking is required.
- What's your returns policy?
28-day full refund if not damaged, as checked at point of sale. If damaged, we may be able to get it repaired on production of the receipt.
- Do you buy, repair or take trade-ins?
We only repair our own sold items, on production of a receipt.
- Do you offer alterations or personalisation?
Not as a rule but possibly if artisan agreed.
- Do you offer any discounts?
Not at this time.
