Shrewsbury business supplies thousands of Taylor Swift doughnuts for Eras gigs

Planet Doughnut in Shrewsbury was the official doughnut supplier for Wembley Stadium as it played host to Taylor Swift last Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

This isn't the bakery's first time catering a concert by a world-famous superstar - they also produced tens of thousands of doughnuts for Beyoncé's concerts at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium in 2023.

The firm produced three new doughnuts for the Eras gig - two inspired by Swift's albums Midnights and Lover, and a third based on the poster for The Eras Tour film.

Replicating colour schemes used on the albums, the Lover doughnut was adorned with pink and white icing, while the Midnights version was blue and white with gold, edible glitter. The third offering was topped with pink, orange and white icing.
