The Evolving Business Cohort 2024
Our Evolving Business Cohort 2024 enabled 15 people to start or grow their Shrewsbury business.
This programme is now underway and no longer accepting applications.
As a Cohort member, you’ll be a visible and integral part of our thriving Shrewsbury business community.
This is a funded programme, so participation is free of charge. All you’ll need to do is commit to attend our events (mainly out of work hours) and share your journey with us.
Successful applicants will receive:
- Free places at each of our 3 Evolving Business events
- Access to exclusive networking sessions and round tables
- An interactive playbook, to help you take the advice given in the events and use it, setting yourself objectives and tracking your progress
- A mentoring session with one of our event speakers to give you more inspiration and to help you to deliver against your objectives
- Regular newsletters packed full of stories and advice on business transformation through innovation, culture and purpose
- A Cohort gift bag
- Promotion for your business through Shrewsbury BID’s marketing channels
- A marketing toolkit to help promote your inclusion in the Cohort
- The opportunity to apply for an Evolving Business Grant, designed to fund operational support for growing and evolving your business
What are we looking for?
- Businesses owners, business leaders and entrepreneurs with a business idea
- Based in Shrewsbury and the surrounding areas, within Shropshire Council area
- Open to change and positive about the idea of evolving their business
- With energy and optimism
- Passionate about Shrewsbury as a great place to live, work and invest
