Retail sales person

Due to retirement we need a sales person to work on the shop floor, deal with deliveries, help with paperwork, window display and our website. The ability to engage with customers is essential, with computer or IT skills and an eye for coordinating outfits would be ideal.

Halon Menswear is well known to provide very high levels of customer service, the applicant must be able to maintain this.

We are also very proud that 8 of the last 9 employees have stayed at the shop long term until retirement.

The shop is open 9 to 5.30 Monday to Saturday with working week being 37.5 hours over 5 days per week this will include most Saturdays.

Four weeks holiday per year, plus bank holidays, sick pay (after qualifying period) and a pension scheme is available.

Starting salary depends on experience, with potential to progress in the future.
