Shrewsbury Museum & Art Gallery, Town Square, Shrewsbury, SY1 1LH
About this event
The culture of each business is essential to its success; impacting how we support and reward our people, how we approach our customers and their needs, and how we think and behave as an organisation.
This event looks at what cultural transformation means, the benefits it brings, and how opening up to entrepreneurial thinking can change the game, paving the way for creativity, innovation and empowerment.
We are really excited to welcome to this event Cally Beaton speaking about Entrepreneurial Thinking, and local entrepreneur Vivek Bhatia who will share the Dough & Oil story and entrepreneurial opportunities and challenges.
If you’re interested in evolving your business culture, want to know what entrepreneurial thinking could do for you, or just want to get inspired by the experience of some great businesspeople, come and join us!
Arrive from 5.30pm for complimentary drinks and food provided by Dough & Oil, event starts at 6pm.

When he moved to Shrewsbury eight years ago he met Aaron Brown, founder of the Bird’s Nest cafe in the Market Hall, together they hatched a plan to bring a slice of the city to town. In 2018 they opened Dough & Oil, a sourdough pizzeria, followed by bar Oil in 2020, both on Castle Street. Their latest project is BOBBY’s, is a Mexican-inspired restaurant and bar, in Shrewsbury’s Parade which opened in August of this year.
